You like to make a great first impression and have no problem talking to people. As the first touchpoint for potential customers, you'll assist our team in uncovering which leads are qualified sales opportunities. Using email, phone, and web meetings, you will support our marketing and sales team by following up with people interested in Jambo, helping to answer early questions and see if they're a good fit to take the conversation to the next step. You will also participate in focused outbound campaigns to reach out to prospects, qualify leads, and establish new relationships.
You're happy to talk to new people! Jambo is used by companies in natural resource development, transportation and infrastructure, construction, utilities, and governments and NGOs around the world, which makes for exciting days of talking to new people from a variety of places.

You are highly personable, have strong problem-solving skills and are a cheerleader for Jambo and our customers! Ideally, you have previous experience in customer experience or customer support in SaaS. When a customer reaches out for support, you are quick to make a connection and provide an answer or search for a solution. Beyond supporting clients, you are interested in providing Jambo’s team and clients with quality resources to support client adoption, retention, and training. You are interested in continuous improvement, you like to take ownership of whatever you work on and would thrive in a collaborative environment focused on growing a SaaS to the next level.
